March 2021 issue

March meeting:

Our March meeting was our AGM / Changeover meeting which also meant we had an extended morning tea.
Thanks to all those who worked hard in the kitchen and the lovely food they provided.

This was a changeover meeting so these are the changes to our Committee:
Carolin Frohmuller was Gazette convenor she will now be Secretary.
Allan Gibbs will still be doing Outings but will also be Vice        President.
Kel Stewart will be Guest Speaker Convenor and Patrick Ross will be Newsletter and Blog convenor.
All other positions remain unchanged, see photo further down.

John Edgington

John Edgington received an "OBE", not for his tireless 13 year being Secretary but for turning     "Over Blooming Eighty".

John now retired from being Secretary for the Club for 13 years, Congratulations, a job well done John.

John's wife Judith Edgington also retired from being Guest Speaker  Convenor and Blogger for 14 years. WOW, Congratulations, well done Judy!
                                                                                                         Judi Edgington

The Edgington's will be missed after so many years of helping the club out, but I am sure they will be around for any advice we need. Good luck in "retirement".
Thanks again John and Judi.
